From theory to practice: Spring School excursion to the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park

Sunshine, blue sky and 20°C – it couldn’t have been a better spring day during the Spring School to leave the classroom and explore and learn about the management of the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park. Early morning tiredness was soon replaced by excitement and chatter. After a short introduction about the uniqueness of the National Park at the information center, we took off into one of the largest coherent beech groves in Europe together with our guides, Manuel Schweiger from FZS and Achim Frede and Horst Knublauch from the National Park.

Watch what we learned and see for yourself how beautiful the German nature is. Enjoy!
